  • Payment: Adhere to payment terms as specified in the service contract or invoice. Late payments may incur additional fees or service suspension.

4. Payment Terms

  • Billing: The Company will issue invoices based on the agreed-upon rates and services.
  • Due Date: Payment is due upon receipt of the invoice unless otherwise specified in the service contract.
  • Late Payments: Invoices not settled within the specified timeframe may incur late fees and may affect service continuity.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Company will take reasonable measures to ensure the timely and safe delivery of goods. However, the Company shall not be held liable for:

  • Loss, Damage, or Delays: Arising from events beyond its control, including natural disasters, strikes, and customs delays.
  • Indirect or Consequential Damages: Including, but not limited to, lost profits, business interruptions, or loss of data.
  • Third-party Services: The Company is not liable for any loss or damage caused by third-party service providers.

6. Insurance

Insurance coverage is not included in our service unless explicitly stated in the service contract. The Client is responsible for arranging any additional insurance coverage for their shipments if desired.

7. Customs and Regulatory Compliance

The Client is responsible for ensuring that all shipments comply with customs regulations, import/export laws, and other applicable requirements. The Company will assist in customs clearance but does not guarantee compliance if the necessary documentation is incomplete or incorrect.

8. Prohibited Items

The Company does not handle certain prohibited items, including but not limited to hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods, and items restricted by law. For a full list of prohibited items, consult with our team.

9. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be held liable for any failure to fulfil its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, war, strikes, and any other events considered force majeure.

10. Indemnification

The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, its directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from the Client’s failure to comply with these Terms or any other legal requirements.

11. Termination

The Company reserves the right to terminate or suspend services with immediate effect if the Client:

  • Fails to meet payment obligations,
  • Violates any of the provisions in these Terms, or
  • Engages in activities deemed unlawful or harmful to the Company’s interests.

12. Amendments to Terms

The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
